Adding "sign after" can be used to insert something like currency or other info regarding that field.
But on field display on record view, the sign after appears like if it's part of the field. in HTML there is nothing that separates field value and sign after.
It would be great if added a class to "sign after" on record view, that way it can be used for only display info on submission record.
