lang are missing/broken

On the front end on subscription page lang are missing/broken as below

LAYOUT_LOGIN_TEXT

and

LAYOUT_PLANS_TEXT

these are in the lang file

but are not showing on front end

its been over two weeks and there has been no solution to the problem and no one has tried to find out what's wrong within the site in question that im developing which is nor way behind schedule.

Is there nothing you can do?

I didn`t see the broken language translations. Please send us your screenshots with broken language translations to let us look.
