Unable to submit article

I have one site that I'm unable to post articles. The form submission is public and when I click on Editor's buttons e.g. articles, image,..nothing happens. When I click on Apply or Save and Close nothing happens.

What might be causing this issue because I have another install on another site and it works fine.

Check iа you have created any copies of templates for this type. Try to set all of them to default.

Or in private text block give us temp admin access so we could investigate and solve this error.

I am facing the same issue regarding publosh an article in this forum, I do not know why this is happining when I complete my article and press the pulish icon it just refresh the page and my article got vanish I try it 2-3 times but still face same issue. My artcle is informative article which give infromation about jim dorey book through this I will be able to deliver information to students who are intrested in reading and get infomation about a book that is why I am will to publish this article on this forum if you get infromation regarding this kindly do let me know about it.

I am also unable to publish article about harris hussain siddiqui he is a good author and write good boo, I just write an article about him but when I publish it wasn't publish it and I do not know any, and I need to know that how can I do it if you get solution about it kindly do let me know.
