My customer (I am the webmsater) is thinking about a online subscribtionsshop.

Here is an example from a subscription:

6 months, 220 Euro each month. The folowing monts 185 Euro each month.

Can Emerald change the price automatically after 6 months to 185 Euro?

It can chage price but not period. If you charge subscription 220 EUR/6 Months, Emerald can charge only 180 EUR / Next 6 Months nut not monthly. Period of subscription is constant.

You have other option too. you can create plan that user can subscribe only once and make it 220. Once user subscribe it, he will neve have that option again.

Then you create another plan 180. But in cross plan make this plan available only for those who has 22 plan. So this plan will not be wisible untill user subscribe 220. thus user will first see 220/6 Months plan and then 180/Month plan only.
