Records not displayed in IE8 !?

I see bug were reported for this, but I have same issue, records list are not displayed in IE8 when filter is enable in section, whatever the template choosen ...

Is there a fix for that ?

Seems to be the function toogelFiltersPan() in default filter php which is not supported in IE 8.
