Hello,

I need to create a special form with the following fields:

-title

-description

-sending a PNG

-extrafields from K2

-> The title becomes the name of the PNG

-> The PNG is inserted into a PHP code in an article

-> The description is inserted into the same code from somethink like a variable

You may have a look on some other advanced form components like: Fabrik, ChronoForms (incl. Connectivity), RSforms PRO. At least ask in their respective support area. Aside from that, sounds like custom programming.
