hi. want to build a responsive website with cobalt 8 and joomla. is there a responive theme which is compatible with cobalt 8_

All cobalt templates are built with Bootstrap 2. So it is responcive. But of course if you use table template, it will not be very much flexible.

Also you can always create your own templates.
