Is it possible to have google auto search enabled on section menu navigation in search place? Please see the attachment where I am talking about.

What is google auto search? Do you mean AJAX search with suggestions, like in Auto-Complete input style?

What ever that means, yes it is possible. You can change search input behavior in custom markup template.
