How do you change the "Category" label when submitting an article (record)?

I have decided to add Section Categories and the default submission template (default.php) lists this on the first tab.

Edit Type -> General Parameters -> Templates -> Submission Form (hit edit button/gear icon)

In edit template (modal window) -> General Parameters -> Field Labels -> Category
