filters tooltips not visible

I just noticed that cobalt filters tooltips are not being displaied

for field with filter enabled, categories names, type names, author names, etc...

I installed latest cobalt version, but unfortunately i still have the issue on my site

in chrome console I see this error

event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.
