image and gallery fields: add possibility to select from user's personal images folder

Hello,

it would be useful imo to improve these fields by giving the users the possibility to select the image from his personal image folder

so the parameter for the directory in the fields settings should be something dynamic like it is for eg. JCE "insert image" plugin

images/$username

and also there should be the possibility to "operate" inside that folder, like uploading other files to it, create subfolders, delete files,...

what do you think?

As Sergey already mentioned, the information to get author's files is there… but not in the usual way and in the sense of physical folders. I really would like to see extended parameters and frontend features in the respective fields. So, author's would only access, see and manage their own files...
