Hey guys.

We have restricted so only Super Users can add records in a section but we are having problems when one Super User are trying to edit a record that another Super User created.

There is no error messages shown and the changes are stored in the edit mode but won't get stored in the database.

Worth mentioning too is that we don't have a problem with deleting records from others.

Do you have any ideas why we have this problem?

What is the difference between store in edit mode and in DB?

When I say edit mode I mean the text you see in the form submission and TinyMCE editor.

I cannot confirm. Not reproducible on my side. Please check once more and if it is not working, give me login credentials in private comment to check it out.

Oh, and I forgot, you can edit the content in Bodygraph Content - English, it is still just sample data.

Did you first enter the username and password mbg/mbg for accessing the domain? Anyway you would not being able to access /content-view/ because your user was not an editor, if that's the case I'm sorry about that. I doubled checked it again and you will now be able to access that page.

Did you login? Use the menu to navigate to Content View, select a category, some are without records but I believe the first one has records in it, then you can simply use the cog icon to get the dropdown and then edit.

As I told you we modified it a way. Basically it's a Backbone framework on the front end but what comes from the backend it's all cobalt!

If you can't click use: http://dev.mybodygraph.com/content-edit?tmpl=component& ;id=54

I never tried to use this way of editing it before and now there is an error message.

The thing is that I can not check-in the records from the administration side.

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method CobaltModelRecord::checkin() in /home/mybodygr/development/dev/libraries/legacy/controller/admin.php on line 329

Do you have latest Joomla? There was some errors discovered that can cause re-save not working on Joomla 3.1

We are using Joomla 3.2! Hopefully the fix with the checkin will solve it for us! :)

Since you made the update adressed to this issue it works to checkout records. But whenever someone of us edits a record on the front end side and then saves it it stays checked in. Is it only us that has a problem with this?

I checked and cannot reproduce it locally. If you properly close edit form articles is checked-in.
