Now when a tag by search is made with more that one tag, the results include:

-All records that include Tag1 OR Tag2

The proposal is to make it possible to do searches in the form of:

-All records that include Tag1 AND Tag2

Would be very useful to being able to exclude records that have a specific tag too.
