Address/location plugin error when activated as a field

Hi All,

When I activate the google maps location/address plugin, and click "Add new (type), all I get, in summary is:

Text : Map

Two buttons : "Marker from address" & "Place marker at my current location"

Text : "Drag marker to adjust its position"

The HTML source is this:

Map

Marker from address Place marker at my current location

Drag marker to adjust its position

Am I missing something obvious?
