Records module - map template: display records in wrong language - Cobalt 8

I have a records module (map template) here

http://174.132.147.254/ ~sarteano/it/

the module is set to display "only records in current language"

but it display instead records in the wrong language

what happens exactly is that when you visit the site in "italian" language" it displays records in english language,

when instead you switch to english it still displays records in english

on the site there are published records both for italian and english language fo that section, you may verify this

the ones on top of the page

are taking records from the same section as the one with map template at the bottom of the page

so you may verify that those ones are displaying records in teh correct language (see "ITA" string before records title) while the module with map template is displaying always records in english language (again see "ENG" string before titles)

Yes, because map template has ajax request wich had en language always by dafeult.
