Tables are missing

When i try to create the "Subscription History" menu item I get this error: Error 1146 Table 'answerit_jmln15.turf_emerald_plans_groups' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT id AS value, name AS text FROM turf_emerald_plans_groups WHERE published = 1 ORDER BY name

And when I publish the "Restricter" plugin I get this error: 1146 - Table 'answerit_jmln15.turf_emerald_subscriptions' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT us.*,p.name as plan_name FROM turf_emerald_subscriptions AS us LEFT JOIN turf_emerald_plans AS p ON p.id = us.plan_id WHERE us.ctime < NOW() AND us.extime > NOW() AND ((us.access_limit = 0) OR (us.access_limit > 0 AND us.access_count < us.access_limit)) AND us.track_disactive = 0 AND us.activated = 1 AND us.user_id = 0

Looks like Emerald tables was not created at all. Please in extension manager delete anything you find my "emerald" keyword and try to install again.

I already did that, and it didn't work. I try to see if it'll install on a fresh Joomla installation and I'll get back to you...

Any. Download and install any other extension. For example K2. And see if tables are created.

To fix your problem you have to run SQL install script manually. Install Emerald. Then unpack one on your computer. In com_emerald***.zip find admin/sql/install.utf8.sql and use code there to apply to your DB. But change #__ to your table prefix.

I installed it but now it's redirecting my frontpage "thenag.us" to "thenag.us/subscription-plans/list"

You have to enable the component and plugins. I disabled them because of the redirection problem

I do not see Emerald in Joomla components menu. Like it is not installed. And when I type URL manually it say Component is not found.

Go To Extensions > Manage > Type Emerald and enable all plugins and component

For some reasons emerald not create all db tables, we create it. And problem with creating plans and groups is in mijosef, if you disabled it and joomla sef all will work fine. To resolve this problem try exlude emerald links from mijosef.

Sorry it took so long. I have a ton of things to do on the site. I disabled MijoSEF and the problem still exists.

When we checked this, and disable mijosef all works fine. Maybe we need to recheck.
