Anyone can see buttons in submission form - Cobalt 7

Although I've set the buttons (Apply, Save & close, Save as copy, cancel) in the submussion form not to be seen by some groups (only admins) they show up nevertheless. Anyone can see them. Had the problem ever since I use cobalt 7.

Would be nice seeing it being fixed, but not urgent.

Sven,

overwrite the file default_buttons.php in folder components/com_cobalt/views/form/tmpl/ with the attached file.

Make a backup of the original file first.

This should solve your problem, until MintJoomla will provide an official fix for it.

Be aware, that this file will be overwritten, when you install or re-install a Cobalt build.

there was a request in another topic to add an option "Do not show" to disable the buttons --> i attached another modification here, since it might be useful for you as well.

Copy it to the same folder as before -- components/com_cobalt/views/form/tmpl/

The same "warning" applies here as well. This file will be overwritten by any new installation of Cobalt.

Still not fixed in current release (7.8747)...
