Do you mean in markup template?

Check in your sections markup tempaltes settings Tab >> Filters

and there in block "General Filters" check field "Who can see additional filters" and in block "Additional Filters' field "Fields"

This is responsible for displaying fields in markup tempaltes advanced search.

I now the settings of the marup template, I used it earlier version several times and it worked for me. I got the next setting:

And the result is:

Everything is correct it must display fields in filter, but check fields which you want to display in filter. in fields edit page "Filtering -General" box must look like this

I got this setting, but now for try I set for a simple text field and it works. The conclusion is that the error appears for relation fields. Maybe because the child field is in an other session? I will try some additional setting. Thanks!

I don't think so, because I now checked and it works on my advanced search, but I prefer to use Filter module.
