i have enabled the mootools but nothing happens yet..how can i know if its a console error?

Are you sure that Mootols is specifically enabled for that menu item where you can set the settings of Emerald?

Would a customer be able to cancel a subscription from there? From what I can see, this link just takes me back to the store - but I would like to edit/amend or delete the current subscription - how would I do that?

Unfortunately, this is not easy. We do not use API style intregration with payemnt gateways. It means that user have to cancel recurring subscription in the gateway. He/She should go to PayPal account or 2checkout and cancel it there.

We are talking about recurring right?
