Problem with JURI::root(TRUE) - Cobalt 8

JURI::root(TRUE) does not return anything in records full view template and therefore displays broken image of icons.

Solution is to use JURI::root()

JURI::root(TRUE) mast return subfolder url. If site is in root folder it does not return anything. But image path have to start with /

src="/image/path/pic.png"

When in particular there is broken path? In image field? Can you show code example? Site is in subfolder?

site is in subfolder ... it should be localhost/3/media ... but it is :
