Error when trying to import csv "Error decoding JSON data"

Hello Maybe someone have the same problem with import of csv file? Import process stops with error "0 Error decoding JSON data: Control character error, possibly incorrectly encoded"

Joomla 3.9.4 Cobalt 8.762 PHP 7.2.16

Hello First file was 2.81mb. Contain 213 rows and 46 columns. After your answer I start experiments with file size and problem is not with size. Problem is with data in row 41, namely, with 2 columns in which are text in Finnish and Norwegian. After clean data in this 2 problem columns I can import this row without problem. Can it be conflict with some special letters of Finnish and Norvegian language? In attachment is csv file with this problem line file. Problem text are in columns "Apraksts FIN" and "Apraksts NOR". For me text looks normal, as other, which was imported before line 41. export-ugunsaizsardziba-2-p1

Your file is not formated properly. If you open it in Excel or in text editor. First line is headers. But there is not new line after head line and data start right after it. Other rows have new lines in it with is not allowed. I mean there are too many errors. Just make your file nice format.

How do you get that file?
