Subcategories doesn't inherit settings from parent categories.

Hello. I don't know is it a bug or it's simply impossible, but I have next problem...

I have next structure

• Section (markup_template_1 and list_template_1)
• -Category 1 (markup_template_2 and list_template_2)
• --Subcategory 1 (all setting set as Inherit)
• --Subcategory 2 (all setting set as Inherit)
• --Subcategory 3 (all setting set as Inherit)

Logicaly, Subcategory 1,2,3 should use markup_template_2 and list_template_2 but i real life it use setting from main Section markup_template_1 and list_template_1. Only if I manualy change all settings for my subcategories to markup_template_2 and list_template_2 they start work with correct template, so Inherit function from parent category didn't work.
