It works otherwhise. You create subscription plan and you mark what product will grant it.

SOme people turn Emerald subscriptions completely off and allow to purchase subscriptions only through Hilkashop. For that you create template override for Emerald plans list page with redirect to Hikashop.

On the Emerald plan edit form on Actions tab you simply select Action to integrate with Hickashop. You can create few actions it means that you can assosiate one plan with few Hikashop products.

Usualy we do not practice this type of business. But yaa, go ahead. If Hikashop is only your issue, then you gonna like it. Anyway therte is no other option on the market I believe.

But please read carefully about other options. I will refund you only if it does not work as you like for Hikashop. Check all other options of Emerald before.

No. But if Hickasho have coupons it can work. What I want to say that Emerald is Hikashop price agnostic. It means if your plan is 100 USD and Product is 1 USD user will get this plan. It means that Hikashop manage price completely.

I am not sure but I have putrchased Multi Nutrient Complex Sub and I'had got subscription. You can see it in sales list. Everything works just fine.

I am having a lot of trouble trying to workout how to do anything with this software, as I can't find any substantial user documentation. Your one line response above is of little use to me, and representative of your documentation throughout.

Could you please either provide a user manual for the product, or demonstrate to me that it works by setting up an example hikashop product that: - Costs $1 to buy - Has no end date - Gets billed each day via paypal - Can be cancelled at anytime

Recurring process will not work with Hikashop. Since you play through Hikashop payment gateay it will not setup paypal subscription. It is technically not there. So you can only purchase plan with Hikashop product but you cannot setup recurring subscription.

You see Emerald in this integration is side extension. You make your purchase through Hikashop. And HGikashop get data and send to paypal to initialize payment. Emerald has nothing to do with that. We only create subscription to user when successful order occur.

You can use Emerald with recurring payments. But in this case user have to purchase through Emerald.

There is no extension in the world that could setup recurring paymenent through Hikashop because there is not recurring payment support in Hikashop itself.

Please find another extension that setup recurring subscriptions through Hikashop and I'll provie a refund.

I asked if this product could create a subscription through hikashop, which means that the customer gets billed each month for the subscription. Why sell a subscription if you can't bill the customer?

Look, I ma ready to refund. But see, whan else can you use? This is technicaly not possible to sell recurring subscriptions through Hikashop. You will not find anything else that will do that.

It means you have to do it the other way. And Emerald CAN DO THAT the other way. Why not to use it as it is designed to be used?

I will need to get it coded by developers along with the other technology I need in the website including a rewards and coupon system, survey system and email responder. I would prefer to use existing extensions for these tasks but in the event they are not available I will pay for a developer to code them. Please refund thanks, I am not able to use your extension in its current form in the way I need it to work on my website.

For automatic payment process I think you should setup with your payment gateway recurring payment
