Hello Sergey,
I have a feature request for Emerald which I think would be very useful.
For example if a person buys a subscription which allows him to "mark as featured" "prolong" "able to view" an article, in case that person buys the subscription and after a period of time ( which can be defined manually ) he dosnt use the subscription, an email to be sent to him ( with a message that can be manually defined ) something like:
"Hello
We see that you just bought subscription X-name but you didnt used it, if you couldnt find how to use it here is the steps how to:
etc. etc. etc."
What do you think ?
