Updated tutorials

Hi,

I'm new to Cobalt and was wondering if someone please make an updated and more thorough tutorial for beginners (on latest Cobalt on Joomla 3.1)?

I would also like tutorials for more complex apps/sites and how to's.

Implementing also latest bootstrap template example would be nice as-well.
