After restoring packer Joomla Installer issued errors:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\xampp\htdocs\portal_principal\tmp\install_51abb011d7d4e\pack161f02\install.pack.php on line 489
Packer created 2 menu links (for each section)... accessing the links shows an aditional error:
Strict Standards: Only variables should be passed by reference in C:\xampp\htdocs\portal_principal\components\com_cobalt\views\records\view.html.php on line 730
I had to change Joomla error reporting to "Simple" and the error goes away
So far the import went sucessfully.
