We are using Emerald 10.104 on our site and it seems that when the users subscription expires, they are still able to access the content. The users have a padlock next to their account on the sales page, but on logging in the restricted content is still available.

We are using Emerald 10.104 on our site and it seems that when the users subscription expires, they are still able to access the content. The users have a padlock next to their account on the sales page, but on logging in the restricted content is still available.
Can you please advise how we can prevent this?
