Guest I read your docs you have migration option from AEC to Emareld 9 - does it work seamless? we have around 10 Membership plans with our website and all are as per our custom requirement. only 3 of them is available in frontend for subscriptions and rest are hidden only used for upgrade on certain criteria based on our requirement, FYI we have appx 6K plus Users

It is as seamless as possible. AEC and Emerald have comletely different aproach and concepts. We migrate with only one click all that is possible to migrate. Those are plans and subscriptions and coupons.

After that migration you have to edit every plan because it is not configured automaticaly. You have to add actions, restrictions, configure gateweays and so on. Sometimes even period and price.

Some plans you can also mark as invisible. They will not be in the list of the plans, but will do what you configure them to do.

Guest We are based in India and we only accept payment in INR and through Payment Gateway called EBS https://www.ebs.in/ Do you support this payment gateway? if not will you develop this payment gateway? if not do you provide support on how to write payment gateway plugin for your extension?

Currentrly we do not have such a gateway. But if you had one for AEC, show it to me and provide link to EBS developer documentation and I'll tell you if I can develop gateway or not.

Anyway we have tutorial how to create gateway. If it is not enough I can answer questions of your developer.

Guest We are using EasySocial as core registration process, and we need to integrate Membership Subscription during registration via EasySocial as I read you provide Easysocial integration and registration process can include the Subscription process within. do you have a demo for same, as before purchase it, we want to make sure that it will work perfectly.

We do not have demo of this integration. But if it will not work I'll refund.

Guest what are your support term? we would like to know if you provide support in configuration and initial setup and ongoing help when required?

I am here on the forum almost every day. This is only support I provide for free. If someone wants configuration and other things I charge separatey depending on demands.

I read documntation for EBS. Looks like I can create a gateway for additional $50. Is that ok?

I tried to add tax from demo, tax amount doesn't get added in final total?

Also about payment gateway, if you can do it complimentary will be good. consider this as opening up for Indian Market, it is very big market and many joomla extension them self provide EBS like osmembership and AEC (which is now obsolete as its owner is not in good health), AkeebSubscriptions etc

Also do you provide Google Analytics Ecommerce integration? I donot see any settings or configuration option.

Tax is recalculated into the total. It is calsulated so that total always stays the same.

Yes, there is an action that enables this.

I am not sure about big Indian market. If there would be people how would what to use Emerald i would be asked at least once about this gateway. But you are first. I can offer this.

You pay $50 for plugin. But if i sell 2 times, I give you another 6 month ($99) for free. Is that ok?

we have installed the extension and also installed aec import plugin from your download section

while doing the import, it shows blank screen, and nothing happens, and when we see the panel there is no subscriber details imported but only Plans gets imported.

please help.

and after that when I go to importer again it gives error mentioning, you cannot use importer as there is already data exisits(which is true as plas got imported)

Please help to rectify so we can do the rest process and complete the transition

Unfortunately I cannot support on weekends. What I can suggest is to enable error reporting. Please google for Joomla white screen problem and solve it. Then you will see error. After that we will know where to move.

Delete all table _emerald_* and install emerald over again. It will restore empty tables. Then you can run import again.

If you fail, live private comment here with your details. I'll open your site and make import for you as soon as I get here after weekends.

I have tested import but i cleaned all the tables and I'll allow you to make the import again at the time you need.

I have written the EBS Payment plugin for emerald.

We are facing issue in call back after success full transaction we got this error

500 Error: 500

The subscription not found

What does this means? error comes from here
