Hi I require to integrate a payment gateway from PayU. They have provided me with their virtue-mart integration kit. Can this be done. How much would it cost ?

I am sorry. This plugin integration guide is too complicated. It will take half of week. I have no time right now.

You can order it to any 3DP developer. I can explain that developer how emerald works.

All right. Will find a developer in my locality. can you send me the paypal gateway for emerald 9. Maybe that would help my guy to get somewhere.

Emerald includes free offline gateways plugin. This may help. I also will add documentation article how to write gateway plugin. The article will be here.
