Adding sales plan

When I try add sales plan manually it opens the user select - wont let me do anything else. We need this function ASAP as coupons wont work either.

Do you have any iframe protectors or anything? This is standard bootstrap modal windoe with iframe in it.

No - iframes are enabled on the site, this is a problem as I cant even edit a subscription sale. Im not sure if it has something to do with the HTTPS?

It have to do with bootstrap modal script.

Do you have any custom modal script on the site which automatically open modal windows??

Akeeba Admin tools pro

Akeeba Backup Pro

Emerald 9

JL secure my site - plugin

System anti copy - plugin

I tries disabling the plugins - no help

Template Settings - Pop up module disable - no help

Not sure what it could be - I have not edited any joomla code...

There is also an ecwid.com store plugin - although this is not on the site https://my-coach-online.com which is also having the same problem...

The problem is not only that it opens it as browser link, it also trigger it automatically. Please asc your designer may be he added some custom code?

I am the designer of the site - I over see all dev on the site - No custom code has been added? simply components and plugins...

Can you guys not fix this?

Since user you gave me do not have super admin rights I cannot open extplorer extension to play with files.

I have been able to find out that this is not template issue. The problem is somewhere else. It is surely some plugin.

What i can suggest is to disable one system plugin after another and test to find which plugin is causing this.

I found what was causing this error - it is the system anti copy plugin. http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/owner/galaa once disabled it does not give this error.

I also found that editing plans was having design errors (missing tabs) - I simply changed the assigned template for the emerald control panel to protostar - Default and it resolved the issue. Thanks for your help Sergey

Yes, I also noticed that there was some problems with tabs. But I could not find why too.
