Image field general Parameters translation - Cobalt 7

Hello,

I just installed a fresh Cobalt package+media pack+ip country DB.

And when I go to Image field general parameters, all labels are lacking the translation (F_IMGTYPE, F_INITDIRECTORY etc.). Same thing happens on article submission (I_SELECTIMG instead of "select image")..

The default site language is English.

Joomla version is 2.5.6.

Labels of other fields are displaying properly.

It looks like some lines are missing in language files.

What can be the reason for that? And what is the best workaround?

Dave,

the reason for that is, that you use an old version of this field.

The best workaround would be to update it... :D

Just download the latest version from the download section and your problem should be solved.

I would suggest to subscribe to all fields in the download section, so that you will get a notification if somethings got updated. Just keep in mind, that almost every friday is "Update-Day". The core build of Cobalt will be updated with the bug fixes of the week and also some of the fields. modules, templates and plugins are updated as well.

I'll check if no language file is a bug of Cobalt installation.
