There is no special template. It is standard template. Why do you need special template?

I just have a page with archived records where I need to change something in a php file of template (to a some css classto url) but I can't figure out where to add

What is URL of you archived records list? Is there a mark in URL? Then you can use that mark to apply changes only if there is that parameter.
