Should I be able to change status in this forum?

I'm able to change status and "area" the post is about. Should I be able to do so, being a Guest?

No. By plan we do not give this rights to Guests.

I remember, I had the same rights/issues in the first 2 weeks of the new forum. Still an issue?!

Yes, that should be available. YOu chose if it is a question or idea. You cannot change status. Everything works correct at least from our perspective.
