textarea field: when automatic grow stops extra space is created below it

Hello,

testing the textarea field I noticed this error:

if eg it's set with automatic grow to 400px, when it reach this limit fi I add more text extra space began being added below the textarea

resulting in a lot of blank space

please test it to confirm if it's a bug
