Error when saving "Type"

When I save a certain "Type" I get an error in the latest version of Cobalt:

1146 Table 'd01488c7.jos_js_res_fields' doesn't exist SQL=INSERT INTO jos_js_res_fields (`key`, label, type_id, field_type, params, published, ordering, access, group_id, asset_id, filter, user_id) SELECT `key`, label, 20, field_type, params, published, ordering, access, group_id, asset_id, filter, user_id FROM jos_js_res_fields WHERE type_id = 20

Besides that I noticed the following error in the tab "Emerald 9" (also when editing "Type"):

Warning: htmlspecialchars() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /www/htdocs/myhostname/libraries/joomla/form/fields/text.php on line 204
