Import fails with "0 Your Content must contain a title"

That about says it. I was able to import about 10 records yesterday, but now it doesn't work. Had same error yesterday and corrected it by eliminating the line that had an empty ID field. Here is the csv file. The ID field is "Option Code".

I have been able to import with your file first time and then second time.

Operator error. I was using an old Import Setting. Today I created a new one, the Title field appeared, and I was able to import. That will teach me to try something like this after my evening Gin and Tonic.
