How to clear data from Advanced Search for unpublished & archived records? - Cobalt 8

Hi,

I've created a few records, and 'unpublished' and 'archived' all apart from 2 of them.

When I go to the 'Advanced Search options, and pick a field to search I get the results as per the screen shot:

I have only two active (i.e. published and not archived records) for the data '1600's), but I am seeing suggested results for other records.

At least I think this is what I am seeing??? ;-)

In the screenshot the "1600's(2)" at the top is correct but I don't know where the others are coming from.

Any help/advice/clues would be appreciated.
