what should I select as "menu itemid" in type options? - Cobalt 8

I am not sure to understand what am I supposed to select there,

as there is no possibility in cobalt

to create a menu item pointing to a specific "type", should I just select the cobalt section itemid which that type is posting to?

or just leave it empty?

Usually this parameter is used when you want article full view Itemid be differ from section Itemid. If you leave it empty - type will inherit section parameter. So I guess you ought to leave it empty.

You have to create link to cobalt section where this type is stored as hidden menu item. And link to that item.
