Tel field problem - Cobalt 8

Dear,

the tel field check correct function problem...

some city only have country code but haven't region code and the phone num maybe over 7digi....

Can modify this function or add button in back end to disable check correct function or can set check correct rule at back end??

i am come from hong kong, it not are country but have country code 852 , and it is small area so havent reigon code , only tel num, and wired and mobile num also have 8 digi, but some hotline maybe only 3digi

i think give paremater to disable check correct function will more flex
