Adding category - Cobalt 8

Hello,

Sorry for asking again. I would like for people to be able to add their own category and according to the attached picture this is possible.

But on the front end this is not possible. See attached picture.

Also I would like to translate the "Main" and "Submit New" which I cannot find it.

Can you please help me on this issue?

This you translate in form and markup template parameters,

User categories are not working without personalisation turned on.

The translation of Main in "Main tab label" is not working with Grouping type as "Tabs" or "Vertical Tabs" :S

The other two Grouping Types are working with Label.

Those are called "User Categories". How public are supposed to add it? it is imposible. Those are personal categories binded to user. No user - no categories. :)
