You can add styles right in templates or you can edit bootstrap.min.css

1. In form template parameters turn off grouping by tabs.

5. Probably because of tab. may be if you remove it it will be one line. Or maybe label length shorter in form than in list in Bootstrap.

7. This is looks like standard bootstrap behaviour. You will have to change bootstrap.min.css to make 2 lines.

9.In Edit Type-General Parameters-Templates-Comments-Format-Editor you can see tinymice is default. I tried to clean this field but every time tinymice comes back.(img1.jpg)

I also tried with Jcomments. I installed Comments Jcomment - v. 8.8 (img3.jpg), but it doesn't work (img4.jpg).

Do you have JComments installed? Are they already released Joomla 3.0 version? I'll ask Sergey from Joomlatune in skype and if there is any issue we will fix it. He even made migration from core Cobalt comments to JComments.
