Import / Export from Cobalt 7 to Cobalt 8

Hi! I have website with full of records base on Cobalt 7. As we know Joomla 3.x is better than Joomla 2.5, so I would like to move to Joomla 3.x I need transfer all of my data from Cobalt 7 to Cobalt 8.

It is possible? Of course I want to do it only once.

Yes it is possible. You have to update Joomla from 2.3 to 3. Then you have to update Cobalt. Then you have to open every sections, type field and resave it's settings.

And then you will have to refactor all your custom templates.
