popup of relation parents /childs and mail field with t3 framework - Cobalt 8

i'm building a website based on t3 framework, all work fine except for mail field and relation child / parents popup who could help me please

A quick test on my local site with Relation field (popup add existing), Mail field (popup online form) works. I can see a modal window and red cancel button in bootstrap style (700px wide).

in fact with joomlart templat, modal window open but all is black
