Emerald still in development?

HI, i did post the same post in the Emerald category as guest but no reply so ill make a try here with same question.

I am interested in buying Emerald, i have played a little with the demo and i REALLY liking it. Just one question, is this extension still active, are you mint joomla still active ? Looking at the joomla extension page there hasnt been an update since 2016, if this is a sign of depreciated development or (hopefully) might be that the component is so great that it does not need to be updated so frequently. Anyway, i just want to be sure that it is somehow futureproof before starting a new project with this extension, thats why i am asking, will you continue further development and have security updates etc for joomla v4 ?
