Uploads field - auto upload - error message - wrong file format - Cobalt 8

I noticed a strange error message in Uploads field.

I try to upload images (JPG PNG). I always get a messsage that the fileformat is not allowed?! But it is allowed by default. The parameter auto-upload seems to be involved. If it is ON, I can't upload the images.

As soon as I turn it OFF, and hit the start upload button manually, everything works fine.

Localy we haven't this bug, can we check it on your site?

Just a quick local test. Can't remember the exact config, system and browser version. Going to make some new additional tests tonight or tomorrow.

If I can recreate the issue, i will setup an online demo as well.

Apparently a browser issue (older Safari/webkit). Have to do another test on my main machine.
