If you assign a list template to a category and then change it back to "Inherit", it will use the "default" template and not the one, inherited from the root section.

List templates still uses sessions. So if you opened it, session was initiated. Now to reset it you need to reset session.

It is not a session problem.

"Inherit" list template is not working.

Example:

Create a section with 4 categories.

Now define 3 list templates to this section.

In frontend, open 1 category --> it will not inherit the 3 list templates of the section and will display the "default" list template instead

The next one to kill should be the "mystery column order bug" in list templates .. :D
