I could not recreate that issue in my local test install. I have started with EM10 / J3.6.5 and upgraded to J3.7.2
Everything seems to work.

Do you have any console errors or any other details?

Answer when a user tries to buy a plan and clicks the BUY NOW button they get a page with the plan name and a message that "says please select a payment method" but no methods are listed.

Answer when the admin tries to check the plan gateways I see the same info and message as the first post by POLOZKOVA Emerald 10 v 10.88 db version 5.6.27 PHP 7.1.6 Joomla 3.7.2 platform 13.1.0 thanks in advance for prompt attention

I cannot reproduce it. I'll need access to one of those sites that have this problem. Also check if folders in components/com_emerald/library/gateways exists and readable.

I was not able to connect with FTP you've provided. I always get Connection refuse message.

It is fixed now. For others I'll upload new version later, but if you want to fix it fast, go to libraries/mint/forms/helper.php line 278 and change $out = '' to $out = array().

I know this is an old thread, but I just installed Cobalt and all my Emerald payment processors are not showing??? I'm not for sure this is what caused the problem, but I believe it's the only relatable change that I made. Everything was working fine. This is on a live site, so I need to figure out the problem asap.

1) It appears that all the data is still stored - Some plans still show a PayPal button to pay, but if I open the plan to edit it and click on Payment Gateways, none are listed!

2) I believe if I click Save or Apply, it will be deleted (this is what happened in one of my plans... and the PayPal information is gone, and no button appears on the plan)

3) I looked at the fix for this, and in my helper.php file, there is a line 310 -> $out = ''; (although this is such an old thread I figured that would've been changed)... so I'm confused here... and all I can imagine is that when I installed an older version of Cobalt, that file got overwritten with the older file or something????

Okay, I reinstalled the latest Emerald and that fixed the old helper file- all the Payment Processors are showing in the tab... but I still cannot seem to get the PayPal button to show on this plan? Not sure why. Any ideas?

Did you enabled PP gateway? Create separate topic and give me access to your site I'll have a look.
