where i can download the german language package for emerald 10?

Hello, translation files are hosted on transifex. As far as I know, it's still Cobalt v9. You might join the translation team and help out.

The main site file seems to be at 83%. Paypal and Offline payment have around 88-90%. Some Addons have no german translation yet. Can't say something about the "quality".

I was about to suggest to download the Cobalt v9 package from mintjoomla downloads area...,
unfortunately it does not include the german files either :(

Conclusion: Join transifex, or I could try to download the main files and current state for you.
