Hello,
After you perform a search, there is a little box that shows up, that says "Search text", and has the words you searched for, and an X in the corner to close it. This is only showing when not logged in. It does not show for Registered people, and does not show for Super Users.
Here is what it looks like to the public (it is not showing for anyone else):
Where can I set it to show for everyone?
Alternatively, instead of this, can the search box display with an X inside the box, that you could click to clear the search?
