Is it possible to migrate a complet site in joomla with Cobalt 8, Emerald., etc to Wordpress?

Hello

My question is in the topic, anyway I just wanted to ask if this is avalaible to do it:

My site is done with joomla, cobalt 8 and emerald.

May I migrate all this to wordpress?

There is no migration. You can only recreate site. Perhaps there is some third party tools to migrate users but that is all.
